Job DescriptionRESPEC, a nationally recognized engineering consulting company is seeking a talented and energetic water/wastewater engineer that will reside in the Colorado Springs area. This position is a hands-on position in a successful and continually growing company.
Qualifications
Typical salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field from an ABET accredited program
- Successfully passed the Fundamentals of Engineering.
- Experience related to water and wastewater facilities, including pumping systems, water and wastewater treatment, collection and distribution systems, and other water-resources related facilities
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic engineering principles
- Understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure
- Design plans and specifications production experience
- Software knowledge (e.g., Excel, Word, GIS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
