13 week contract

Within 50 miles of facility $45/hr
Over 50 miles from facility $55/hr

SHIFT- day - 3x12 hour shifts- 0700-1930

- On-call: 4-6 calls within 6-week schedule (30-min response required)

- Weekends: 4-6 weekend shifts within 6-week schedule (could be scheduled day, evening, or night shift hours)Holidays per department need

*Level 1 Trauma experience
*Previous traveler experience
*Minimum 2 years OR experience
*BLS required
*Will care for Covid patients
*Could float as needed

The Operating Room Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient in the operating room. As a member of the surgical team the RN works with the Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, ORT’s and other personnel to provide patient care in the Operating Room according to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN and regulatory standards, physician orders, policies and procedures of the Hospital and the Surgical Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring supplies, timeliness of cases, communication with families, updating of physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting physicians during surgical cases, and supervision of personnel delivering patient care.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
