resplabs is a leading healthcare solutions provider dedicated to improving patient care through innovative sleep and respiratory medical products and services. With a global footprint, we are committed to excellence in managing our inventory to ensure the availability and timely delivery of our products to healthcare providers and patients around the world.

Consequently, we need a highly organized and efficient shipping clerk to take ownership over the shipping and receiving components of our operation. The successful candidate will handle both initial shipping and order fulfillment. When necessary, he or she may also cross-train and participate in other aspects of the business, particularly on the administrative side.

Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities

• Prepare and print shipping labels and paperwork corresponding to shipping needs and affixing proper paperwork and labels to each package in preparation for shipping
• Supervise an order assembly crew and fill boxes with product that needs to be shipped.
• Track inventory and report any shortages to management
• Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each order
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and update office and shipping supplies as needed
• Establish and shipping and packaging routine that maximizes efficiency and can be streamlined

Shipping Coordinator Skills

• Ability to work with computers, especially in the Google Suites
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics.
• Capable of working a consistent schedule and showing up on time/early to work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
