We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with a proven track record and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in system engineering. This role requires a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also possesses strong soft skills, including communication, adaptability, and the ability to mentor.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in system infrastructure management, including network, cloud, virtual environments, backups, and VoIP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver client-centric IT solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to architect and present IT solutions tailored to client needs.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across a range of technologies and systems.
• Experience in implementing and managing security measures to protect data, networks, and systems.
• Experience with automating tasks, workflows, and processes using scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash) and various RPA platforms (e.g. PowerAutomate, Rewst, Chef).

Educational Requirements:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a similar discipline.

Certification Requirements:

• At least one of the following required certifications:
• Fortinet NSE 4 Certification
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upgrade system infrastructure, ensuring the highest level of system performance and reliability.
• Lead technical projects and provide technical sales support, offering advanced support for helpdesk operations.
• Design, implement, and manage IT solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Write SOPs and customer documentation to support the help desk and project implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of networking principles and advanced experience with Fortinet products.
• Proficiency in VMware technologies and vCloud Director.
• Solid experience in Windows Server OS management, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE 4, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or Azure Administrator Associate.
