Working as the Executive Chef for a corporate dining account at 11 Madison Ave, you will be responsible for the success of culinary services including Catering (50%), Executive Dining (25%) and the Cafe (25%). You will ensure quality of daily service, safety and
sanitation compliance, provide menu planning, cost control and financial oversight, and staff leadership.
This position is Monday through Friday with hours flexing between 6:30am and 5pm, depending on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational excellence
Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
• Plans and creates all menus
• Purchases and manages inventory
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of culinary management experience
• High volume production and catering experience
• Previous experience managing cost controls
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
