Our Opportunity:
Restaurant Brands International is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager, Supply Chain to join our Supply Chain Team in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our national marketing execution and ongoing restaurant sales operations for our Popeyes Brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and global teams, to ensure seamless supply chain execution and drive business growth. Key position requirements include strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, culinary, purchasing cooperative, global procurement, distribution centers, suppliers, franchisees, and operators.
  •Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple 3rd party distribution centers.
  •Support product innovation, market tests, sustainability, and strategic initiative projects from a supply-related perspective.
  •Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  •Analyze and report on supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.
  •Manage franchisee promotional supply commitments process.
  •Coordinate and execute new menu item launches and transitions.
  •Compile, maintain, and present recurring reports and analyses to senior leadership, including depletion progress, inventory sensitivity, F&P cost models, monthly spending, COGS, and gross margin.
  •Coordinate and manage all supply-related communications.
  •Contribute to marketing calendar execution and drive sales through promotional supply and core supply continuity.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of supply chain, logistics, finance, or consulting experience specifically related to supply chain, procurement, and/or logistics. Retail and/or QSR industries preferred.
  •Familiarity with analyzing inventory data, working with distribution centers, and understanding DC operations, Purchase Order processes, and freight logistics (inbound, outbound, LTL, FTL, temperature controlled, re-distribution, crossdock).
  •Proven track record of driving supply chain improvements and cost savings.
  •Proficient in data manipulation and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills, including formal presentation experience and ability to prepare and deliver presentations.
  •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). ArrowStream system/data or other Supply Chain Technology Software are a plus.
