Overview: This is a tipped position

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Monitor alcohol intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending or a related role
- Proficient in sales, customer service, and cash handling
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Ability to handle food safely if required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Understanding of food service procedures in a restaurant setting
