Restaurant Support Center is Hiring an Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing Near Riverside, CA

JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Assistant Manager

REPORTS TO: Sr. Director of Marketing CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

DEPARTMENT: Marketing LEVEL: Management

SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Digital Marketing AssistantManager will be responsible for the digital consumer experiences supporting thebrand and its operations. They will be the brand and technology expert and taskedto develop and manage digital branding and marketing campaigns to achievebusiness objectives.This role will work cross functionallywith other teams to ensure that digital campaigns are aligned with brand goalsand have a cohesive brand voice. The ideal candidate will be able to analyzeand synthesize data from multiple sources and use findings to inform businessdecisions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managingset-up, execution and analysis of email, mobile apps, SMS and push notificationcampaigns.
  • It willassist with Online Ordering programs project management regarding Loyalty integrationsand offers.
  • Oversee digital marketing:
  •  SEO/SEM
  • Organicsocial
  • Paidsocial
  • Email
  • SMS
  • Display
  • Influencers
  • Publicrelations
  • Third-party Food Delivery Marketplaces
  • Plan, oversee development of and managesocial media strategy, calendar and assets.
  • Planning, developing, and executing marketingcampaigns across multiple digital marketing channels including website, email,social media and paid digital advertising.
  • Work with agency partners and designers toproduce engaging content that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Ensure that all marketing effortsserve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executingimprovements for processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports andmetrics for program success.
  • Track and share results with the franchiseesand Farmer Boys management team.
  • Performsother related duties as assigned.

  • Experiencein identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform,and motivate.
  •  In-depthknowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and websiteanalytics.
  • Highlycreative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Up todate on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Mustbe detail oriented and disciplined to complete assigned tasks in a timelymanner.
  • Mustbe disciplined and focused on the pursuit of excellence.
  • Mustunderstand and achieve company vision, mission, and goals.
  • Musthave effective people skills: diplomatic, relationship oriented, effectivecommunicator, including listening skills, accepting coaching and feedback, etc.
  • Mustbe able to work as a team member and be an effective leader.
  • Abilityto work independently, make decisions and provide information in a timelymanner.
  • Experience using data analyticssoftware for research.
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills
  • Excellenttime management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Candidate must have a high degree ofcomputer literacy and can easily learn to use new software with minimalguidance.
  • Mustbe able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multipleprojects with ever-shifting priorities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred.
  • Restaurantdigital marketing experience preferred.
  • Experienceimplementing and managing a variety of digital initiatives in a fast-paced environmentis an absolute must.

WORKINGENVIRONMENT/MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  •  Full-timeposition: the position may require weekends and evening work.
  • Physical requirements include standing, sitting, and walking (up to 8 hours at a time); bending and stooping.
  • Mustbe able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
  • Jobrequires travel for up to 10% of the time. Overnight travel may be required, asneeded.
