You'll be the first line of defense, managing the comms, assisting with hardware, and supporting our higher-level engineers on their epic quests.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with a smile as bright as the twin suns of Tatooine.
• Create support tickets and follow through to completion, ensuring no issue is left unresolved in the galaxy.
• Assist with hardware repairs, whether it's fixing a malfunctioning droid or configuring a new piece of Starfleet equipment.
• Drop off items onsite, channeling your inner courier droid or Starfleet ensign.
• Provide assistance to higher-level engineers, learning the ways of the Force or the intricacies of Starfleet engineering.

Hard Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software – you'll be our go-to for repairing everything from lightsabers to tricorders.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, like a young Padawan mastering their first Force skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic troubleshooting – think of it as your training simulator for bigger challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of understanding and speaking both R2D2's beeps and boops and C3PO's diplomatic nuances.
