Job Title: Print Operator / Customer Service

Local commercial printing company located in Northern Virginia is seeking for a Print operator /

Customer Service Representative with experience working in the printing industry or similar industry.

This person will report directly to the manager or owner of the printing company. This position is for a

full-time position between 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications:

• Previous print shop experience. **Preferably**
• Strong understanding of printing processes and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of graphic designer software (Adobe Creative Suite) **Preferably**
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the industry

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain digital printers and various finishers.
• Prepare print jobs for production, including setting up equipment, paper, and adjusting settings.
• Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot printer / printing problems.
• Communicate with customers to understand their printing needs and ensure that their orders
• are met.
• Keep print shop area clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.
