We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team at RestoPros of Tulsa and build our referral network and work leads through the sales process. In this role, you will find and create new referral relationships, cultivate current referral relationships, and work with homeowners through the sales process. Communication is critical to success in this role – communicating with referral sources, company owners, homeowners, and the production team. You will plan and attend fun outings like Golf, Bowling, meet and greets, breakfasts and lunches with our referral sources.
