We are in search of a qualified Field Inspector with an understanding of water damage restoration principles and practices, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in converting job leads to sold jobs by scheduling inspections, assessing damage, effectively communicating with the potential customer, and reviewing and signing paperwork
  • Assess property damage, document through pictures and notes, upload to job file software
  • Utilize appropriate industry tools to accurately assess the extent of damage and mitigation services needed
  • Determine the sequence of steps to be taken when delivering the company’s services at the customer’s property
  • Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with the Mitigation Manager, Contents Manager, Technicians, and Supervisors or Managers
  • Assist in securing customers by following up in a timely and effective manner
  • Perform sales activities including add-on sales.
  • Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.
  • Set personal quarterly goals
  • Send daily sales reports to management
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Grow in industry knowledge
  • Keep vehicle clean and maintained
  • Maintain professional attire
  • Report to the Sales Manager
Experience: 
This position will require an individual with a high level of attention to detail and great communication skills. The ability to be a team player is imperative for one who looks to exceed at this role. Prior knowledge of residential or commercial construction principles is required along with a background in face-to-face sales with customers. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager for any concerns or requests needed.
  • Previous sales experience preferable in the Insurance/Restoration Industry
  • Clean and well-kept appearance
  • High attention to detail is an absolute necessity
  • Ability to maintain constant communication with management and necessary team members within the company

Pay & Benefits:

  • The position pays a base salary with a bonus structure
  • Company vehicle, phone, iPad, and Instruments are provided
  • Insurance, 401k, and paid vacation are provided after a probationary period

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends required
  • Holidays required
  • Overtime
  • On call

Experience:

  • inspection: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
