This position requires in-home presentations, ladder use, roof navigation, roof and attic inspections.

Responsibilities include:
Demonstrated ability to form strong customer-for-life relationships
Maintain professional image when representing Restoration Builders, Inc.
Drive incoming leads through direct to consumer efforts
Prompt follow up on company provided leads when provided
Provide efficient and timely communication to their Sales Team and the customers, ensuring all necessary steps and actions are performed in a timely and expected manner
Obtain signed agreements & work order contracts
Educate the client on how to file a claim
Perform onsite adjuster meetings
Collect payments
Perform job visits
Generate Google reviews (in accordance with Restoration Builders, Inc.'s directives)
Adhere to all company standards, including all company policies and standard operating procedures
Attend required company and sales department meetings and training events
Operate with Restoration Builders, Inc.'s Mission, Vision, and Core Values with all customers and team on a daily basis
Additional responsibilities as instructed
Required Qualifications:
Great positive attitude
Valid driver's license
Experience in roofing or construction sales a plus
Must have excellent customer service skills and attitude
Self-starter who takes action to achieve quarterly goals
Able to climb a ladder, walk on roofs, and lift approx. 40 lbs
Compensation: Pay competitive bonus program
