Position Description: Roofing School of Illinois, a subsidiary of Restoration Builders Inc., one of the nation's largest restoration contractors, seeks to add a self-motivated and personable Program Coordinator. This position will assist the Director of the school with the administrative, marketing, recruiting, communications, social media, and financial activities that drive student enrollments and superior student outcomes.
The school plans to grow its operations significantly in the near future. The Program Coordinator role will play an important role in the future growth of the schools current and planned course offerings. The ideal candidate is: organized, able to work independently, comfortable learning new skills, goal oriented, and focused on providing high quality student experiences/support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Communicating with prospective, current, and past students
Assisting with event planning
Managing the schools social media accounts on a day-to-day basis
Communicating with course instructors
Data entry
Payment processing
Travel may be required (infrequently)
Other activities, as assigned by the Director
Minimum Qualifications
Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
Microsoft Office Suite proficient
Proficiency with most popular social media platforms
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently
Resourceful and organized
Time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
Positive attitude/team Player
Willing to learn new skills
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
Construction company experience preferred
Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000
