Function:
This individual is responsible for greeting patients, gathering information pertinent to their visit and answering patient questions. This individual must enjoy the customer service portion of their position and have a desire to achieve corporate objectives as stated in the corporate mission statement. Will report directly to the Front Office Manager.

Individual must be very positive, enjoy working hard to achieve goals and have fun doing so. Candidate must be able and willing to achieve goals with tenacity, compassion and a sense of humor.
A high school diploma is required. Accounting/bookkeeping/computer skills preferred. One to three years’ experience in medical group practice or surgery center is recommended. Individual must demonstrate ability to successfully work with physicians and office personnel. Individual must be honest and trustworthy, must have a track record as a self-starter and be able to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve results desired.
