Position: Videographer Intern

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Intern) - Temporary

Position Overview: The Videographer Intern will manage the creation, filming, and editing of tutorial videos over a 60-day period. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for video production and looking to gain firsthand experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality tutorial videos. Operate video camera, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging tutorial videos using video editing software. Ensure videos are visually appealing and effectively communicate the intended message.
• Collaborate with team to understand the tutorial scripts and storyboards. Provide input on visual and technical aspects of the videos.
• Add graphics, animations, and special effects to videos as needed. Sync audio and video tracks and ensure high-quality sound and visual output.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain organized project files and backups.
• Review and revise videos to ensure they meet company standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in video production and editing is preferred. A portfolio of earlier work is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills. Ability to conceptualize and execute video content that is both informative and engaging.
• Elevated level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of video production and editing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
