Restoration Personnel Source is Hiring a Mitigation Project Manager Near Humble, TX
They are looking to add a Mitigation Project Manager to their dynamic team. This individual will manage and execute projects following IICRC standards. This individual maintains client communication, project schedules and tasks, working closely with management, field staff, vendors, subcontractors, property owners, and clients. The primary goal is to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2 years of mitigation experience in the water damage / insurance restoration industry
- Attention to detail
- IICRC Certification(s) Preferred
- Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours

- Coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive client experience
- Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
- Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
- Coach and train restoration technicians
- Hands-on supervision of water damage restoration, cleaning and mitigation services.
- Participation in after-hours emergency call rotation
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
