Full-time position available for housing program serving unhoused people, including people with mental health conditions. Successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team working with homeless and/or displaced individuals, landlords and community providers assisting eligible clients (including individuals with mental health and substance use disorders) in establishing or maintaining housing. Duties include:

• housing search and placement
• benefits advisement
• budgeting
• community/soclal adjustment
• teaching daily living skills

Requires a flexible schedule, reliable transportation with clean NYS license. Bilingual speaking a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree in human services, social work, psychology, occupational therapy, rehabilitation counseling, or related fields;
• We will consider candidates with other combinations of education and experience that meet the skill, knowledge and experience demands of the position.
• Related work experience and familiarity with local services a plus.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds.
• Valid NYS drivers license.
