As a Roofing Production Manager, you will coordinate and oversee several construction and renovation projects involving roofing installation and repair. You will ensure that all requirements and deadlines are met with quality and excellence. You will also communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and the rest of the team.

Some of your main responsibilities include:

• Ordering materials and scheduling builds according to the company’s SLA (Service Level Agreements) and lead times.
• Inspecting active job sites and running quality control during and after each project.
• Creating, reviewing, and evaluating material and work orders for every job.
• Negotiating prices and projects with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Obtaining permits if needed.
• Performing warranties and punch-outs when required.
• Creating weekly game plans for trades to be performed.

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• Experience in the roofing/restoration industry, especially in managing insurance restoration projects
• Ability to interpret construction estimates accurately
• Attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections
• Organizational and reliability skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Physical fitness to climb on ladders and inspect roofs
