Responsibilities:
- LOOKING FOR LVN's IN CENTRAL HOUSTON AND SURROUNDED AREAS
- Have knowledge on how to use the system CRADLE MRx
- Provide direct patient care in various settings, including homes, hospitals, and long-term care facilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel
- Assist with procedures such as gastric lavage and neonatal ventilator management
- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health record systems
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in fields such as pediatrics, senior care, or hospice
- Proficiency in ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment and procedures, including gastric lavage and neonatal ventilators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
