Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a charismatic, dependable, attentive Hyper Wellness Representative to join our growing team! The Hyper Wellness Representative will be the first person our clients meet and responsible for creating a lasting impression. Every day will be different, but you’ll be representing the Restore brand as you share & educate the science behind the services and outwardly communicate our story while helping everyone begin or enhance their wellness journey.

Key Roles of a Hyper Wellness Representative

• Sell memberships and packages in alignment with client’s wellness goals
• Operate and service all non-medical and non-esthetic Restore services
• Provide tours & care plans to new and old clients, and educate all on service pairings
• Assist clients over the phone and in person with questions about scheduling and memberships
• Multi-task and excel in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ensure clients are completing waivers prior to running them through services
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees
• Use multiple web-based platforms to communicate with leads and clients for booking
• Understand product and service pairings, including contraindications
• Act as first line of customer service around questions and concerns with clients
• Performing opening, midday, and closing procedures including using checklists and sales dashboards
• Participate in onsite and offsite events, grassroots marketing efforts, and occasional social media per request of a manager
• Actively participate in weekly 1-1 meetings, morning huddles, monthly team meetings, continuing education, corporate calls as necessary, team bonding events, and slack communications
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Hyper Wellness Representative

• You’re passionate about health and wellness
• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
• Available evenings and weekendsStrong work ethic
• Friendly attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Multitasking skills
• Customer Care Skills & Basic Sales Experience
