DELIVERABLES:

1. Deliverable #1: Production - hours of work

  • Arrive at the job site 15 minutes before the start time.
  • 5 days a week, 40 hours per week weather permitting (occasional Saturday)
  • Get paid for your experience and productivity/work produced (piece rate)

2. Deliverable #2: Deliver Quality Work

  • Restore Painting values high attention to detail
  • We prioritize customer satisfaction (bonuses included)
  • Complete tasks as assigned by Paint Crew Leader

3. Deliverable #3: Daily Report to Paint Crew Leader

  • Inventory
  • End of day reports
  • Working in teams of 2-3

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
  • Select and mix paint colors to match client preferences.
  • Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
  • Ensure even application and smooth finish, paying attention to detail.
  • Protect surrounding areas from paint drips and spills.
  • Repair and patch surfaces as needed.
  • Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a painter, with a portfolio demonstrating past projects.
  • Also offering on job training for inexperienced or new painters
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to climb a ladder
  • Must be able to handle light labor
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to work a paint sprayer preferred
  • Must be able to hold a paintbrush for continual hours
  • No fear of heights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
