We are recruiting maintenance technicians for a very nice apartment complex in Girard OH. They are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years in residential maintenance experience, and should know how to do basic repairs, toilet repair and replacement, plumbing,painting, etc.
This is a market rate complex, and also comes with a discount if a candidate wants to live on property.The hours are 8am-5pm, with an additional requirement for on call once every 5 weeks.
