Position : Parts Engineer

Location : Schaumburg, IL (On-Site)

We are currently seeking a Parts Engineer to plan, coordinate, maintain, and develop the engineering aspects of our parts operations in accordance with established standards.

This role involves parts information management, quality control, and providing technical support to both internal and external customers.

The position is based on-site at our Schaumburg, IL location.

Job Responsibilities :

• Acquire and apply technical knowledge to provide assistance to customers and employees as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documents for parts to ensure customers receive the correct parts.
• Handle customer technical inquiries and complaints promptly, adhering to dealership guidelines.
• Ensure that customers receive the appropriate parts for the successful repair of their machines.
• Conduct quality control for incoming and returned parts by inspecting and verifying them.
• Coordinate with the factory to resolve any quality issues related to parts.
• Establish and update parts pricing to balance volume, customer loyalty, and business costs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

• High School Diploma required.
• Technical or Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of parts and CNC machines.
• Ability to read drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs .
• Work Location : On-site in Schaumburg, IL .
• Schedule : 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday .
