JOB DESCRIPTION **What youll do:**
* Manage a team of 8-10 Inside Sales Reps
* Inspect, review, and analyze key metrics that drive your business and provide insight and guidance to senior leadership
* Provide innovative ways to help increase and improve individual and team performance
* Provide ongoing coaching and development for your team
* Be accountable and hold your team accountable to hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably high volume inside sales
* 1-3 years of Sales management experience, preferably high volume inside sales
* Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
* Comfortable seeking feedback from all levels in the organization
* Experience selling services or technology to small businesses highly preferred
* Good analytical skills
* Strong ability to manage change
