The Business Development Manager, under the direct supervision of the CEO, is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with physician offices to support collaborative efforts. This role involves visiting various physician offices, managing and enhancing relationships with referring doctors, and promoting the clinic’s services. The Business Development Manager will also coordinate events, manage marketing materials, and implement business development strategies to support the clinic's growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate the clinic’s value proposition to potential referrers.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and their offices.
Coordinate and manage outreach activities and events to promote the clinic’s services and support collaborative efforts.
Design, implement, and optimize business development processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish systems for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all business development activities.
Ensure adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations and guidelines.
Manage and maintain relationships with third-party organizations, including healthcare providers and marketing partners.
Establish, compile, and report on key performance metrics of business development operations.
Develop and analyze monthly reports to executives in a manner that is relevant, timely, and accurate.
Participate and engage in an interactive process with other departmental managers to support overall clinic goals.
Develop training programs and systems, and train subordinate staff as necessary.
Develop action plans for achieving targets and milestones.
Prepare ad-hoc reports related to business development activities.
Attend all required team and organizational meetings.
Clearly articulate operational problems and positively contribute to the solution development process in coordination with other department managers and executive leadership.
Assist in the development of Policies and Procedures as they relate to Business Development
Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and executive leadership.
Participate in required cross-training and/or company-required training (e.g., HIPAA, harassment).
Respond to executive inquiries timely.
