Selective Demolition and Environmental RemediationProject ManagerRetro Environmental, a well-established Selective Demolition and Environmental Remediation Company, is seeking to hire a Full-Time Project Manager to join our team at the Mechanicsburg, PA Office.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordination and management of labor crews with the Operations Manager.
- Implementing budgets.
- Understand and submit change orders.
- Project construction oversite and ensuring profitability compliance/manpower requirements for projects.
- Competently and professionally interact with general contractors, owners, and clients.
- Works directly with estimators to assure a clear understanding of scope, schedule and project budgets.
- Work directly with client representative to assure project is efficiently performed to their satisfaction.
- Works directly with admin staff to assure projects are properly administered.
- Works directly with warehouse manager to assure projects are properly supplied and equipment is properly utilized.
- Oversees and directs field supervision.
- Five (5) years minimum related experience and/or training.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and planning skill.
- Willing to travel throughout Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
- Valid Driver’s License
