Responsibilities of Floor Tech
Cleaning and maintenance of Retro Fitness outlet main floor.
Testing equipment for efficiency.
Stocking of products / items.
Lubricating and greasing of circuit training equipment.
Reporting any facility issues to Management / Ownership.
Spot cleaning of walls, mirrors, windows, & diamond plating.
Re-racking of weights.
Disinfecting equipment and upholstery.
Facility Dusting.
Following company policies & procedures.
All Floor Tech employees are to wear company staff shirt along with either Khaki pants or black athletic pants. Sneakers must always be worn.
No boots, heals, or open toe shoes or sandals. Floor Techs should always be well groomed and neat. Floor Techs are required to complete the Daily Cleaning Checklist and have a Manager sign off before completing their shift.
