Job Title: Mocktail Mixer/Bartender at Essence Cafe

Essence Cafe is seeking a skilled professional who specializes in creating non-alcoholic cocktails, also known as mocktails. They use a variety of ingredients such as fresh fruits, herbs, and syrups to create delicious and refreshing drinks that are suitable for vegans and anyone looking for alcohol-free options.

Responsibilities:

• Greet Create and Design Mocktails: As the Mocktail Mixer/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and designing a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails that are innovative, delicious, and appealing to a wide range of customers. You will be expected to use fresh fruits, herbs, and syrups to create unique and interesting flavors.
• Mix and Serve Mocktails: You will be responsible for mixing and serving mocktails to guests in a timely and efficient manner. You will ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards, are visually appealing, and are served in appropriate glassware.
• Maintain Inventory: You will be responsible for maintaining inventory of all bar items including glassware, syrups, garnishes, and other supplies. You will be responsible for placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure that inventory levels are adequate.
• Ensure Cleanliness and Sanitation: You will be responsible for ensuring that the bar area is clean and sanitized at all times. You will be expected to follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Team: You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all mocktails complement the restaurant's cuisine and style. You will communicate with the kitchen team regarding the ingredients and flavors used in the mocktails.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a positive and memorable dining experience. You will be expected to greet guests, answer any questions they may have, and provide recommendations for mocktails based on their preferences.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience: The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a bartender or mocktail mixer in a restaurant or bar setting. They should have a good understanding of bartending techniques and be able to create unique and innovative mocktails.
• Creativity: The Mocktail Mixer/Bartender should be creative and have the ability to come up with new and interesting flavor combinations.
• Attention to Detail: The Mocktail Mixer/Bartender should be detail-oriented and able to ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards.
