RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, a dedicated property services management company serving commercial properties throughout the United States, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager (APM). The APM will be responsible for assisting in the property management of a Class A office portfolio consisting of approximately 1.1MSF in Denver, CO.
Requirements:
- BA or BS degree
- 1-2 years’ experience in commercial property management preferred.
- Must be proficient in working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Real Estate License preferred.
- Must be a self-starter, self-disciplined, and highly organized.
- Must have strong work ethic, dependability, team-orientation, and be highly accountable and responsible.
- Prefer experience with MRI.
