RETS Associates, on behalf of its client, a diversified real estate investment firm, is seeking a dynamic Property/Project Manager (PM) to join their team in Irvine, CA. This role offers the chance to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 300K SF office and industrial portfolio, ensuring efficient property management and maximizing financial performance. As the PM, you will handle financial administration, tenant relations, and customer service, while also assisting with leasing activities. Additionally, you will lead tenant improvements and manage various construction and capital improvement projects, making a significant impact on the firm's portfolio.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years of experience in commercial property management and project management.
- Strong knowledge of property management software and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- CA Real Estate License preferred.
- Ability to travel
- Strong communication skills and high polish
Compensation: $120K-$140K base salary DOE
