Job Summary:
The Sr. Commercial Compliance Manager assists the Legal Department in developing, implementing and maintaining an effective Corporate Compliance Program that: supports and promotes Revance employees conducting its business with the highest degrees of integrity, professionalism and social responsibility; ensures the Company's compliance with Revance's Comprehensive Compliance Program, all applicable laws and regulations; and meets or exceeds the standards set forth in the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and 2003 OIG Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers. As a member of a collaborative team, this position will contribute to the development, implementation and management of all components of Revance's Comprehensive Compliance Program. The Sr. Manager oversees all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to, the organization's policies and procedures covering the privacy of, and access to, organizational and consumer information in compliance with federal and state laws, and the health care organization's information privacy practices. The Sr. Manager initiates, facilitates and promotes activities to foster information privacy awareness within the organization and related entities and serves as information privacy consultant to the organization for all departments and appropriate entities.
