Kick off the New Year in a fantastic Healthcare Customer Service role. Bring your well honed experience to RevCycle which has been in business for over 30 years and average staff tenure is 7 years! RevCycle works directly with the patients of some of the largest Healthcare providers in the country.
What You Will Do As a Customer Service RepresentativeThis position will WORK FROM HOME or in the Marshfield, WI office. Following training you will spend your days communicating directly with patients to assist them with outstanding medical bill balances. This position is responsible for a handling billing and insurance questions and concerns with the goal of discussing payment options and taking payments.
In This Role You
  • Will make outbound calls and take inbound calls from patients to resolve balances on accounts with a status that may be aging but has not been sent for collections.
  • Will work within multiple computer applications and databases.
  • Review financial information and recommend payment options and/or assistance programs in accordance with client guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
  • A passion and commitment to high quality customer service
  • Excellent phone-based communication skills
  • One year minimum experience in billing with Cerner Soarian
  • Familiarity with Finvi Artiva is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical coding (i.e. CPT) is required
  • One year Medical Insurance Billing experience (or equivalent) is required
  • Prior Supervisory experience is welcome in this growing company
  • Prior work experience in a call center or healthcare customer service setting is required
  • An ability to multitask and have basic office professional computer skills using Microsoft suite (Outlook and Teams), data entry, video conferencing is required.

  • Work from Home (must reside in WI, AR, GA)
  • A competitive hourly wage based on experience
  • A set schedule with no late nights or weekends, Mon.-Fri. 8:00am-5:00pm CST (9:00am-6:00pm EST). After training one day a week is scheduled/set for 8:30am-5:30pm CST (9:30-6:30 EST) and the other days remain 8:00am-5:00pm CST.
Paid Medical insurance includes personalized assistance to select from any qualified options in the marketplace. This enables you to select a plan which keeps items most important to you (i.e., Dr., clinic, meds).Additional options for Dental/Vision, paid short-term disability and life insurance benefits.Generous PTO (3 weeks per year) plus holiday pay and make-up time benefits begin within month three of employment.401KCompany shares profits through a discretionary bonus giving awardees the option to put all or some of it into 401k or take it at time of award.
