What You’ll Do

Reporting to Revel’s Assistant General Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining merchandise inventory in the warehouse and shipping out to weekly events. The ideal candidate will have experience shipping and receiving, merchandise inventory management, and know how to create and manage complex spreadsheets and event administrative paperwork. As a member of a small and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to partner with senior leaders and develop your own skills and grow your career. Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Coordination:

• Weekly replenishment shipments of merchandise on trucks traveling across the country
• Receive Revel shipments into the warehouse
• Maintain warehouse inventory
• Keep warehouse organized
• Work with local vendors to ensure stock of event supplies are ordered timely
• Creation, printing, and shipping of weekly administrative supplies
• Work with Revel event team to ensure trucks are properly stocked

Qualifications & Fit

• 3-5 years experience in warehouse shipping and receiving position
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Detail oriented and organized
• Extremely comfortable working with Technology
• Dance or live event background encouraged but not required
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
• Comfortable working alone
