Senior HR Generalist
Job Overview
Our client a leading independent Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company with a rich legacy of over 150 years is seeking a Senior HR Generalist. This role will report to the Director of HR and play a pivotal part in supporting various HR functions including employee relations benefits retention and training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support payroll processing (experience with Paycor HRIS is highly preferred).
- Handle complex employee relations issues offering guidance and solutions in a professional and confidential manner.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and retention strategies.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to promote employee growth.
- Stay uptodate with employmentrelated laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide support in implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives.
- Address and resolve HRrelated concerns with strong analytical problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity and professionalism at all times.
