Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and facilitating existing relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to achieve cycle time targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Duties:

- Warm calling and initial project management

- Building and maintaining customer relationships

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

- Providing regular updates and reports on sale status and sales activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales administration or account management

- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software

- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies

- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
