Revels Contracting Services, Inc. provides site-specific Design-Build Services for interior renovations to prepare a space for the installation of Vendor Imaging Equipment in Healthcare Facilities. To include Hospitals, Imaging Clinics, Cancer Centers, Diagnostic Imaging, Surgical Environments, Imaging Equipment Manufacturers, Veterans Affairs Hospitals, Military Bases, and Government Facilities.
Our business model is based on a Design-Build approach. Customers contact our Account Managers to schedule a site visit to their facility, gather existing conditions, compare specifications provided by Vendor preliminary drawings, and in-turn, work closely with our Construction Estimator to develop pricing and a scope of work. Upon award of a project, our Architect and Engineers will then develop sealed drawings that reflect our Scope of Work.
Our niche market allows us to concentrate in the Imaging Industry. Meaning much of our estimating will be based on the collective experience and knowledge of previous projects with similar Imaging Equipment within similar facilities. There will be occasions when we engage in true bid-style estimating, experience in this field would be very helpful.
We are looking for a full-time Construction Estimator to assist with generating budgetary estimates using our customized Excel Program, contacting subcontractors to request quotes, writing Scopes of Work, and submitting Proposals to our customers.
