About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Reverb Films, you will be the linchpin that holds projects together from concept to completion. You will manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who excels at attention to detail, organization, and communication.

This is a full-time, salaried position based in Bend, Oregon, with an 80/20 hybrid work structure (80% in-office, 20% remote WFH).
About You:
Education & Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Project Management) and/or 4 years of professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management, account management, or a related role, preferably within a creative or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with clients in various industries, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • You excel at project management and can successfully juggle various projects at once.
  • You have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when projects change scope or encounter unexpected challenges.
  • You are proficient in project management software and tools, such as Monday, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • You are adept at maintaining company-wide project pipelines.
  • You can navigate client feedback with ease, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Essential Responsibilities:
Project Management
  • Lead and manage video production projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams (producers, editors, videographers) and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Take full ownership of our project management software, file delivery systems, and client documentation processes.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with team members and clients.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to Reverb Films' standard operating procedures and quality standards.
  • Manage daily production pipeline maintenance, cleanup, and updates to ensure smooth operations.
Client Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives, providing strategic guidance and creative solutions.
  • Facilitate client meetings, including kick-off, strategy review, content planning, and project debriefs.
  • Manage client expectations, providing regular updates and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle client feedback and revisions, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Take ownership of client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience for new clients.
Overall Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed project deadlines.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients
    throughout all production phases, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and
    creative direction.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our project management processes and tools, helping us operate more efficiently and effectively.
  • Adhere to Reverb Films' SOPs, including proper software use, organization of storage, and equipment upkeep.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in a creative, production, or agency environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage your time effectively, especially when balancing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on-location in Bend, Oregon.
  • Ability to travel occasionally outside of Central Oregon.
Salary Range:

$50,000 - $65,000
