Your Mission:

As our Financial Administrator / Patient Coordinator, you'll be the master of our front office universe. You'll collaborate with our sales department and ensure our patients have an exceptional experience. While this isn’t a sales role, your knack for numbers and friendly demeanor will be key in handling finances and supporting the sales process.

What You'll Do:

  • Front Office Maestro: Oversee front office operations and schedules, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Liaison Extraordinaire: Act as the bridge between the front office, senior management, sales team, back office, and doctors.
  • Number Cruncher: Report sales statistics manage collections, monitoring KPIs, and handling amounts.
  • Customer Champion: Conduct confirmation calls for appointments, follow up with patients, and assist with financing options.
  • Multi-Tasking Pro: Balance administrative tasks with hands-on interactions, making our patients feel valued and supported.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 3 years in office or clinic administration, ideally with a financial or sales twist.
  • People Skills: Comfort and confidence in handling personal financial situations with patients, both in person and over the phone.
  • Energy & Enthusiasm: A go-getter attitude who thrives under pressure and brings positivity to the team.
  • Organizational Prowess: Exceptionally organized and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
  • Legal & Logistical Requirements: No felonies, legal ability to work in the US, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Salary & Work Schedule:

  • Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per year (PLUS a bonus that is based on clinic performance)
  • Bonus between $1,000 and $6,750 a month on-top of your normal salary
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM w/ 1 hour lunch break), Friday (flexible remote hours for administrative duties)
