Revibe Men's Health is Hiring an Assistant Clinic Manager Near Tulsa, OK
- Continually works to improve clinic numbers for call percent, show rate, gross and money-in revenue, and program renewals.
- Learns cloud-based clinic system, keeping up with updates, and being able to train staff of all levels.
- Works with medical clinic employees to ensure each employee understands their job description, the desired outcomes associated with their work, and the resources available to achieve desired results.
- Interviews and collaborates with Regional Manager/Director of Operations for hiring employees for open positions.
- Trains and develops medical clinic staff with ongoing direction from the director of operations to ensure they are capable of performing their duties.
- Plans assign, and directs work; provides guidance, conducts performance evaluations, rewards, and disciplines, address complaints, and resolves problems with the guidance of Regional Manger.
- Ensures at all time clinic operates consistently in a high-quality manner.
- Tracks timesheets and scheduling and coordinating of staff for all leaves in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Leads staff meetings.
- Provides consistent daily communication to the Regional Manager, ensuring that information, reports, and materials are provided as needed.
- Works with the team to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Processes, handles, and deposits cash, check, and card payments and manages payment plans.
- Direct service, including patient communication, providing lab test results, performing blood draws, blood pressure checks, and injections.
- Understanding HIPAA and HIPAA compliance.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ability to maintain organization while multi-tasking in a very fast-paced environment.
- Ability to answer calls efficiently and return calls in a timely manner.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor while resolving a variety of issues.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with patients.
- Proficient at Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in computer/tablet use and typing.
- Must be a team player with a positive and professional disposition.
- Applicants must also have the flexibility to occasional added or altered hours as needed to meet the practice needs.
- Phlebotomy skills and the ability to deliver injections preferred.
- Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
- CNA, MA, RN background preferred.
- One-year experience in the medical field or consultative sales is preferred.
