Revience Corporation is Hiring a Low Voltage Technician Near Prairie, MN

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various low voltage systems and possess strong mechanical knowledge to excel in this role.

The role of the Low Volt Tech/Installer will be to install and service wired and wireless technologies including home theater, lighting controls, security systems and cameras, home networking, automated blinds, and other low volt technologies. You will respond to questions/inquiries, troubleshoot, problem solve, and ensure that the needs of the clients are being met.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems such as security systems, home automation, camera systems, and computer networks
  • Programing for Control Systems: RTI, Control 4, Elan, Lutron, and more
  • Network Setup: routers, access points, etc
  • Equipment Rack Building
  • Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Collaborate with team members on system design and installation projects
  • Utilize power tools to build and configure low voltage systems
  • Interpret schematics to effectively diagnose and repair system malfunctions

Experience:
- Prior experience in low voltage system installation and maintenance
- Proficiency in security system installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of computer networking principles
- Certification in low voltage systems is a plus
- Ability to operate power tools effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $38.00 per hour
