Summary / Objective

Detail-oriented invoicing team lead handles the invoicing to the lead vendors for our company. This position requires impeccable attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Essential Functions

• Oversee and manage workload for 3 Coordinators
• Ensuring each person meets their weekly invoicing goal
• Ensuring all invoice fails are accounted for and remedied by the proper team member
• Runa and provide analysis for Monthly Aging Report for Vendors
• Learn invoicing process for each existing, and any new, Lead Vendor and train team members accordingly
• Communicate directly with Lead Vendors to work out any outstanding items or issues
• Communicate with Scheduling, Permitting, and Field Management to resolve open invoicing issues
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience with salesforce is preferred
• Excellent understanding of web-based email, spreadsheets, word processing documents and general website navigation

Schedule :

Monday to Friday

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. This position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periods of time as well as reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday.

Proper lifting techniques are required. This position may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for files, marketing materials and computer printouts.
