REVISE is Hiring a HVAC Field Manager for South Division Near Raynham, MA
Summary/ObjectiveWork with the Director of Field Operations and the Install Operations Manager on overseeing the daily operations of HVAC Install & Service Technicians who maintain, repair, service, and install heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), boiler/hydronics, ventilation, air conditioning (AC) systems and related equipment. This position requires someone with excellent management, customer service skills, organization, and problem-solving abilities. This position is largely field based.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Essential Functions-Revise South Division
- Is the point of contact for all day-to-day issues and questions by HVAC Technicians in the field
- Communicates directly with customers as needed to resolve customer issues
- Performs quality control visits on in order to increase performance of HVAC Technicians in the field
- Trains and develops employees, ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance regulations and occupational safety requirements
- Responsible for overall work quality, overall customer experience, and monthly revenue targets
- Monitors and evaluates performance of all field staff and is responsible for developing actions plans and documented discussions
- Works directly with Logistics team on all scheduling, cancellations, and job scope issues
- Ensures all paperwork issues are resolved timely
- Responds to phone calls, emails and text messages in a timely manner
- Must be available to work after hours as needed
- Timely completion and accuracy of all work
- Work closely and harmoniously with other employees
- Adherence to contractual requirements, safety and health regulations, and company policies
- Knowledge and experience in HVAC system maintenance, installation, and repair
- Outstanding technical knowledge, excellent people skills and focus on superior customer service
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3 years’ experience managing people
- 5 years’ experience with HVAC is required
- Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
- May perform work both indoors and outdoors as needed
- May be exposed to inclement weather conditions and other work conditions including excessive heat, cold, wind, snow, and storms
- Requires extensive standing, walking, kneeling, and bending
- May be periodically required to lift items in excess of 25 lbs
- Frequently exposed to noise, dust, dirt, and other related hazards
