Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and provide a warm, friendly welcome.

  • Process patient registrations, insurance claims, and payments accurately.
  • Assist with billing and financial arrangements.
  • Address patient inquiries, provide information, and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Basic accounting work, calling insurance companies, and working reports.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Dental Business Assistant, Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
