Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring accuracy in all payroll-related transactions.

Duties:

- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Calculate wages, deductions, commissions, and bonuses
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure accurate data flow
- Assist in audits related to payroll

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
