MUST HAVES:
- Experience in Staffing Sales or pure B2B selling role in a similar industry with translatable skills
- Passion for closing new deals
- Ability to sell in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math for sales
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Professional presentation skills
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Contacting potential clients every day by phone call, email and in person visit
- Closing at least 2-4 new accounts a month
- Preparing and maintaining an organized pipeline of clients that you visit in person through scheduled meetings, or drop-ins
- Partnering with a recruiter in the office to fill open positions from the clients you acquire

- Salary range: Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 plus a commission percentage on all personal sales you bring in
