You will be given access to our scheduling system where you will be able to update availability, view the complete details of each job, and claim them based on your specific needs and requirements. The ideal candidate should be RELIABLE, detail oriented and have paid residential cleaning experience. We offer premium services so that we are able to provide premium pay! You must take pride in your work and provide a premium cleaning experience. Customer service is also required, and one must be able to manage time effectively.

As a 1099 contractor you will be responsible for all your own supplies, equipment, and insurance. You will be expected to work independently. We handle all of the client management, marketing and advertising, customer service, billing and scheduling so you are able to show up and provide your services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming (Residential Cleaning- Move in/out, Deep Cleanings, Routine cleanings)
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Make beds and change linens
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Organize and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Must possess time management skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years paid residential cleaning experience
• Must have your own supplies and equipment
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must speak English
• Must have General Liability Insurance
• Very detail oriented

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to work efficiently alone
• Teams or multiples
• Great customer service and communication skills
