Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. Ground floor opportunity with a big upward runway for growth. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer literacy, possess excellent organizational skills, and have experience in transcribing and providing front desk customer service. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Assist in website management
- Assist in transcribing meetings and other important discussions accurately.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Handle customer service inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Utilize DocuSign for electronic document signing.
- Perform general clerical duties to support office operations.
Experience:
Required Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in transcribing meetings or discussions.
- Previous experience in front desk operations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with clerical duties.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in website management.
- Data entry experience.
- Knowledge of DocuSign for electronic signatures.
- Administrative experience is a plus.
