Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects, ensuring the successful completion of tasks on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites before the project begins
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safety and organization
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on-site
Experience:
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely
- Strong work ethic and reliability
