Group Creative Director

rEvolution is in search of a visionary Group Creative Director. Are you an experienced agency team leader, a sports sponsorship expert, a passionate creative motivator, CPG-savvy, and a deep soccer fan, too? Then this is your opportunity to lead a dynamic team to empower a massive global brand.

You Will

• Collaborate with Executive Team to grow the brand, reputation, and portfolio of the agency.
• Review creative department work and lead group efforts
• Attract, develop, and motivate high performing creative talent while ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the Creative Department output.
• Develop and present creative work, both internally and to clients
• Provide department vision, organization, and mentorship
• Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
• Team up to push the agency’s work to a higher aesthetic and reputation
• Professionally represent rEvolution in the marketplace
• Work with other members of senior management to identify opportunities for growth and the resources needed
• Additional duties that support the agency, department, and program goals
  
  

You Have

• 12 years of experience working full-time within marketing
• Exemplary track record of agency team leadership with a portfolio of produced work
• Superior presentation skills and engaging energy
• Willingness to travel on occasion
  
  

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office.
